User Registration for downloading Documents and Data
Available documents and data are listed on each product page. Basically, click the icons to download the documents indicated by icons. We have 3 ways of downloading documents as shown below.
(1) Free-download Documents
Documents or data that are available to download directly.
Click the icon and you can get the document.
(2) Security-locked Documents
Documents or data that are available to download after user registration.
Click the icon and the dialog window will pop up. Fill in your registered ID and password, and click 'OK', and then you get the document.

If you would like to change your ID itself, please click on the "SUPPORT" icon to login, write it on the form, and submit it. Thank you.

(3) Documents and data on the "Customer's Special Page"
The documents listed on each product page are useful for your consideration of using NECEL's LSI products.
For your actual design, development and mass-production, we offer more useful documents and data from the "Customer's Special Page". The special documents and data are for users who are about to place an order for NECEL's LSI products, or already in the mass-production state at their development stage using NECEL's LSI products.
Accessing this page requires your User ID, password, and another registration as 'Premium User' registration.

Registration Procedure
(1) Free-download Documents

(2) Security-locked Documents
A user who has not completed the registration yet cannot download the security-locked documents.
Please register your User ID on the registration page before downloading.
After your registration completed, you will receive an email that informs you that your User ID and password are enabled to access these documents.
(3) Documents and data on the "Customer's Special Page"
In order to download the documents and data which are offered on the "Customer's Special Page", you have to login with your User ID which is permitted to access the "Customer's Special Page".
If you have only registered your User ID, you cannot login to this page. If you want to access this page with an agreement to be confirmed by NEC Electronics, please contact us by the following procedure.
If you have not owned you User ID yet, please register your User ID on the registration page first.
Login to the form and select the "name of LSI product that you would like" and submit the form. Or contact NEC local sales for your support by email including the "name of LSI product that you would like" and "your reliable mail address to contact".
Afterward, we will contact you to confirm your consideration of using NECEL's USB LSI products.
After the confirmation completed, we will enable your registered/appointed User ID to access the "Customer's Special Page". It may take a few days before you can access the page in some cases.
The users who received a notification email can login to the "Customer's Special Page" with their own User IDs.
Notice:
- Documents and data offered on the "Customer's Special Page", are mostly as same as that we offered on the "Customer's Special Page" released for the customers who had contracted NDA. Hereafter, the customers who already have their User IDs permitted to access the "Customer's Special Page" can go on using the same User IDs.
- Registered User ID has the time limit as validity of only two years after your registration. Even though you were enabled to access the "Customer's Special Page" after a few days have passed since your registration, your User ID has the same time limit from your registration.
- Before your User ID will be expired, we will send you a notice email twice, one month and one week before expiry. You ought to access the registration page and extend the term of validity for your User ID before your expiry. Please note that the email may not be sent to you if you are setting an automatic answering machine for your absence such as vacation.
- When your User ID is expired, you cannot access to any document indicating with "Locked" icon or Login. If you would like to recover your expired user ID, please access to "User ID Status Checker" and check "I want to recover my User ID" and submit.
