NEC Electronics does NOT provide any USB device drivers. The basic USB drivers are bandled in Operating System as follows, but it may be not supported for all of USB device in retail. If you need to get specific USB drivers, please contact vendors / manufactures of your device set.

USB 2.0 Driver for Embedded OS
Embedded system using NEC's Host Controller (µPD720100A/720101) must use USB2.0 driver software for the system's embedded OS.
Note of the µPD720150 Specified USB Device Driver
µPD720150 Host function is NOT COMPLIANT with EHCI, OHCI specification.
It needs the specific µPD720150 host device driver stack.

About a Driver for each RTOS
The USB2.0 driver for embedded OS, such as µITRON and VxWorks, has been supported by Wipro Technologies.
Also eSOL Corporation supports the USB2.0 driver for embedded OS (µITRON, VxWorks, etc.) with NEC Electronics' Host Cotroller.
About Wind River
Wind River USB enables developers to quickly incorporate standard USB connectivity in VxWorks-based embedded devices and their attached peripherals.
Wind River USB supports version 2.0 of the USB specification, providing support for UHCI, OHCI and EHCI as well as incorporating low, full and high speed data rates.
USB 2.0 is included in Wind River Platform for Consumer Devices, Platoform for Industrial Devices and Platoform for Network Equipment. For more detail, please contact Wind River.
In developing these USB 2.0 driver stacks, NEC's host controller was used as a standard EHCI controller in the USB host controller market.

Linux® USB 2.0 Driver
Linux USB 2.0 driver is supported from kernel 2.4.19 or later. Kernel is updated regularly, and the problems in older version may be solved in the latest kernel. So it is desirable to use the latest one. The following URL is for your reference.
