The platformOViA terrestrial digital and 1seg solution is a full 1seg solution that enables you to reduce development time considerably because it has the EPG, data broadcast, recording, and other middleware products necessary for 1seg pre-integrated into it. Adopting platformOViA enables you to easily convert design assets into modules and introduce advanced technologies, strongly supporting efficient and high-quality multimedia application development for a long time into the future. Of particular note is that the solution is compliant with the multimedia framework, or the OViA Media Framework (OMF), proposed by platformOViA, so that you can easily use the design assets of the 1seg solution in other systems and combine it with media player and other solutions.

Reception and indication of the start signal of the first kind
- Used to broadcast that a warning is issued under the provisions of the Large-Scale Earthquake Countermeasures Special Act.
- Used to provide broadcasts required under the provisions of the Disasters Countermeasures Act.

- Used to broadcast that a tsunami warning is issued under the provisions of the Meteorological Service Act.
