1.2 external drawing of tape-packaged goods
The standards for taping reels and tape are shown. These standards conform to JIS C 0806-3 "gLeadless parts taping for electronics parts taping (surface mounted parts) and EIA for automatic mounts"h (RS-481).
Please note that NEC Electronics uses the following names for ordering of emboss tape-packaged ICs.

1.2.1 SOP/TSOP tape-packaged products
(1)Adhesive tape direction display (only SOP)
T1: One pin faces the direction to which tape is pulled out. Figure:T1: One pin faces the direction to which tape is pulled out.

T2: One pin faces the direction to which tape is winded. Figure:T2:One pin faces the direction to which tape is winded.
Product name example: muPD4011BG-T1 (muPD4011BG taping product; one pin faces the direction to which tape is pulled out).


(2)Emboss tape direction display
E1 and X1:One pin faces the direction to which tape is pulled out. Figure:E1 and X1:One pin faces the direction to which tape is pulled out.

E2 and X2:One pin faces the direction to which tape is winded. Figure:E2 and X2:One pin faces the direction to which tape is winded.
