Package length D Length of package body
Package width E Width of package body
Seated height A Height from seating plane to top edge of package body
1st standoff height A1 Height between seating plane and base plane (package body bottom edge)
Package height A2 Height from base plane to upper edge of package body
Terminal pitch e Logically correct distance of terminal pitch
Terminal in-line interval e1 Logically correct distance of terminal in-line interval
Terminal width b Width of terminal inserted in attachment hole of printed circuit board
Maximum terminal width 1 b1 Maximum terminal width except for outermost terminal
Maximum terminal width 2 b2 Maximum width of outermost terminal
Terminal thickness c Thickness of each terminal
Terminal length L Length from seating plane to terminal tip
Tolerance value of terminal center position x Deviation location from where each terminal center location should be - Maximum Material Condition (MMC) applies
Terminal angle Angle between terminal and surface perpendicular to the seating plane
Overhang Z Distance between the center of terminal located at the extreme edge and the package edge.
