List of Products Complying with the China RoHS


NEC Electronics discloses information on contained substances subject to regulation of its semiconductor products, evaluation boards, and development tools. NEC Electronics understands that customers are required to disclose information on contained restricted substances, when wishing to retail products shipped from NEC Electronics as producer goods, on the open Chinese market, or to China by means such as Internet retailing.

Customers are asked to confirm the original text of the law, related standards, and the official Web site of the Chinese government (see the URLs below), and deal with the China RoHS based on their own judgment.





Notes

  1. "-XXX" in the product name indicates a custom code.
  2. The Greek letter "µ" in the product name is written "U".
  3. "10" and "e" in the environment-friendly use period column respectively refer to the 10-year mark (A, below) and the non-containing mark (B, below).
  4. Products with "-AZ" or "-AY" at the end of the product name contain lead internally and their external pins are lead-free.
  5. Substances subject to regulation: Pb (lead), Hg (mercury), Cd (cadmium), Cr6+ (hexavalent chromium), PBB (polybrominated biphenyl), and (polybrominated diphenyl ether)
  6. The presence of a restricted substance up to its permissible limit (Cd: 100 ppm, others: 1000 ppm) in a product is indicated with a circle ("O"); the presence above the limit is indicated with a cross ("X"). Restricted substances are subjected to China Standard SJ/T11364-2006.
