Following the change in its accounting principles for preparing consolidated financial statements from accounting principles generally accepted in the U.S. (U.S. GAAP) to accounting principles generally accepted in Japan (Japanese GAAP), NEC Electronics Corporation (TSE:6723) today announced its consolidated quarterly financial statements for the first quarter and the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010 prepared in accordance with Japanese GAAP.
