Notice Concerning the NEC Electronics' Shares Lifted from Grace Period for Delisting
KAWASAKI, Japan, November 1, 2007
NEC Electronics Corporation (TSE:6723) today announced that, according to Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), the company's shares were lifted from the grace period , no longer meeting the TSE's new criteria for delisting.
As announced by the TSE on July 10, 2007, the ratio of the number of NEC Electronics' shares held by the "special few" as of March 31, 2007, exceeded the TSE's previous listing criteria, and the company's shares were placed in a grace period for the purpose of delisting from April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2008.
