NEC Electronics Announces Executive Personnel Changes


KAWASAKI, Japan, April 26, 2005

NEC Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723) today announced the following executive personnel changes, which were approved at the meeting of the board of directors on April 26, 2005. The changes will become effective as of June 24, 2005, pending approval at the 3rd ordinary general meeting of shareholders.
