About device parameters
SPICE parameters, Noise parameters, and S-parameters for our products can be directly imported to a microwave circuit simulator without keyboard input, therefore contributing to significantly more efficient design by substantially reducing the parameter input time and eliminating loss of design lead time due to input errors during simulation.
Advantages
- This service contributes to significantly more efficient design.
- Keyboard input is unnecessary so the device parameters of a new product can be input to a simulator in a short time.
- Since keyboard input is unnecessary, simulation errors due to incorrect input do not occur.
- For those who use Agilent ADS, Compound Semiconductor Devices Division provides a dedicated design kit. If this is imported, the latest SPICE parameter library of Compound Semiconductor Devices Division products will be automatically built in to the device library of ADS.
- For those who use Ansoft Designer, Compound Semiconductor Devices Division provides a dedicated design kit. If this is imported, the latest SPICE parameter library of Compound Semiconductor Devices Division products will be automatically built in to the device library of Designer.
- For those who use AWR Microwave Office, Compound Semiconductor Devices Division provides a dedicated design kit. If this is imported, the latest S-parameter and SPICE parameter library of Compound Semiconductor Devices Division products will be automatically built in to the device library of Microwave Office.

For technical support on Agilent ADS
 |
Both Compound Semiconductor Devices Division and a number of other customers have confirmed that the Design Kit (for Agilent ADS) operates normally, so it is unlikely that the Design Kit supplied by Compound Semiconductor Devices Division is the cause of trouble at installation. This trouble is most likely to be related to the operating environment of the ADS simulator, in which case you will need to contact Agilent Technologies for technical support (please contact the Agilent EEsof EDA Technical Support).
More information on ADS can be found at http://eesof.tm.agilent.com/
However, please don't hesitate to contact your nearby sales office for parameter information. |
