NEC Electronics reaffirmed commitment to the industrial and consumer electronics markets with the addition of twelve new 32-bit devices with complete USB functionality on a single chip.
The new 32-bit V850ES/Jx3-H and V850ES/Jx3-U MCUs execute USB 2.0 data transfers at full speeds up to 12 megabits per second (Mbps), and enable rapid development of applications that require USB connectivity and 32-bit processing power for real-time control of industrial equipment, factory automation systems, point-of-sales terminals, medical and testing devices, telecommunications and consumer electronics products and other embedded applications.
V850ES/Jx3-H microcontrollers consist of eight 32-bit Microcontrollers with USB 2.0 full-speed function interface, ranging in flash memory from 256 KB to 512 KB Flash, and available in 100-pin and 128-pin packages.
V850ES/Jx3-U microcontrollers consist of four 32-bit Microcontrollers with USB 2.0 full-speed function and USB 2.0 full-speed host interface, ranging in flash memory from 384 KB to 512 KB Flash, and available in 100-pin and 128-pin packages.
