NEC Electronics offers a wide range of solutions to support our customers' development efforts, including ASSP specialized for systems, middleware enabling complex processing (see note), and peripheral devices enabling special functionality (see note). Rotation
Use ASSP products for V850 inverter control to easily start motor control. A brushless DC (BLDC) motor is included, so we recommend it to everyone who wants to test or try it out on a motor.

Speech
Voice is compressed and expanded in software, making it possible to combine system control with voice functionality on a single chip.

Presentation
Several "Presentation" solutions are available, depending on the performance of the CPU.

Connect
We offer multiple connection solutions in accordance with the application. We offer low-cost solutions using low-end V850 All Flash microcontrollers in applications where low transfer speeds are acceptable, such as remote monitoring and control, and solutions using the high-end V850E/ME2 and V850E2/ME3 when high transfer speeds are needed.
Combining compact network software with a high-performance, high-capacity All Flash V850 makes it possible to easily implement a low-cost Internet connection on two chips, simply by mounting an Ethernet controller. This is the ideal solution for remote monitoring and control.

The V850E/ME2 and V850E2/ME3 are capable of data communication speeds of 10 Mbps or more, enabling their use in applications that need to transmit data at high speeds (e.g. video transmission). For example, when used in a networked camera, they enable simultaneous network processing and camera control.
