V850ES/HJ3 Microcontrollers

V850ES/HJ3 microcontrollers operate at 5V and execute up to 66 or 69 Dhrystone MIPS at clock speeds of 32 MHz. In addition to an 8 MHz internal oscillator, these devices offer a wide range of integrated peripheral functions, including a motor control timer and spread-spectrum clock generator to detect EMI levels.
