V850E/MA1 Microcontrollers

The V850E/MA1 microcontrollers are high-speed 32-bit RISC microcontrollers.

Architecture Support

• 103 MIPS at 50 MHz (10 % - 15 % over the V850 core), Int. 3.3 V/Ext. 3.3 V (5 V withstanding) execution single-chip microcontroller
• ROM and ROMless versions are available.
    • 256 KB ROM, 10KB RAM
    • ROMless, 4 KB RAM
• Direct connection to SDRAM and built-in DMA controller
• A/D 10-bit x 8 ch / UART 3 ch / PWM 2 ch (8/9/10/12-bit resolution)
