Features

The V850E/IA1 microcontrollers are 32-bit RISC microcontrollers targeted for inverter control applications.


Architecture Support

  • 103 MIPS at 50 MHz, Int. 3.3 V/Ext. 5 V single-chip microcontroller
  • 3 harmonic oscillating PWM timers 2 encoder input up/down counters A/D converter included Two systems of motor drive operation possible.
  • 6 serial interface systems including FCAN (Ver. 2.0 Part B compliant) for vehicle on-board LANs
