The V850E/CG1 microcontrollers, 32-bit RISC microcontrollers, are designed to meet the requirements of automotive applications.

  • Flexible bus sizing for the external bus (8/16-bit)
  • Chip-select signal generation
  • External memory control (SRAM, Page Mode ROM)
  • Frequency range: up to 24 MHz
  • Full-CAN: 5 channels
  • 10-bit resolution A/D converter: 4 channels
