The µPD78421xA microcontrollers are 16-bit, 78K4 architecture devices targeted for wide range applications.


Architecture Support

  • Succeeds peripheral functions of µPD78078 / µPD78078Y microcontrollers
  • Wide linear memory area available (program + data = 1 MB)
  • Wide and low voltage operation (1.8 V - 5.5 V)
  • µPD784218A, µPD784218AY microcontrollers are upwardly compatible with µPD784216A, µPD784216AY microcontrollers.
