    • Serial interface (UART): 1 channel
    • Timer: 4 channels
        • 16-bit timer: 1 channel
        • 8-bit timer: 1 channel
        • Watch timer: 1 channel
        • Watchdog timer: 1 channel
  • µPD789832B, µPD789833B, µPD789834B, µPD789835B, µPD78F9835
    • Built-in dot LCD controller/driver: Output - 96 signals (48x48, 64x32, 80x16, 80x8 selectable)
    • Serial interface (3-wire/UART mode selectable): 1 channel
    • Timer: 8 channels
        • 8-bit timer: 6 channels
        • Watch timer: 1 channel
        • Watchdog timer: 1 channel
