The 78K0R/KE3 microcontrollers are new 16-bit, 78K0R architecture microcontrollers.

Architecture Support

  • One-third of the supply current of other 16-bit microcontrollers (same as the 8-bit 78K0/Kx2 microcontrollers)
  • Top level of power performance (1.8 mW/MIPS)
  • 1 MB memory
  • Upwardly compatible to 78K0 microcontroller
  • flash memory size: 64 KB - 256 KB
  • 64-pin QFP Lineup
