NEC Electronics' 78K0R/Kx3 and 78K0R/Kx3-L 16-bit microcontrollers deliver a combination of high performance and class-leading power consumption. Designers of 8-bit applications can benefit by upgrading to one of these microcontrollers without significantly increasing power consumption. Designers of existing 16-bit applications can significantly reduce power consumption and, therefore, increase battery life.
The 66 microcontrollers in this line up are available in 44 to 144-pin packages and with 16 to 512 KB of SST SuperFlash(R) flash memory.
