Architecture Support

  • Built-in flash memory and LCD controller/driver circuit (24 segments x 4 commons or 20 segments x 8 commons)
  • Eight product options
      • No A/D converter (µPD78F042x)
      • Built-in 10-bit A/D converter (µPD78F043x)
  • Built-in remote controller receiver
  • Built-in manchester code generator
  • Built-in safety functions
      • On-chip power-on clear (POC) circuit
      • Low-voltage indicator (LVI)
      • Bootswap function and more
  • The optimizing circuit can reduce the power consumption in sub-HALT mode to less than half that of the current models (2.3 µA typ.).
  • 52-pin LQFP (10x10 mm)
