The 78K0/KF1 microcontrollers are new 80-pin, general-purpose devices targeted for wide range applications.
Successor: 78K0/KF2


Architecture Support

  • Wide range of operating voltage: 2.5 V - 5.5 V
  • On-chip Internal Oscillator: 240 kHz
  • On-chip POC (Programmable Power On Clear) / LVI (Programmable Low Voltage Indicator)
  • 16 x 16 Multiplier and 32/16 Divider, independent of CPU
  • External Bus Interface
