The 78K0/KE1+ microcontrollers are new 64-pin, general-purpose devices targeted for wide range applications.
Successor: 78K0/KE2


Architecture Support

  • Wide range of operating voltage: 2.0 V - 5.5 V
  • On-chip Internal Oscillator: 240 kHz, Ceramic/Crystal Oscillation
  • On-chip POC (Programmable Power On Clear) / LVI (Programmable Low Voltage Indicator)
  • Single-voltage, self-programming flash memory
  • flash memory security protection
  • 16 x 16 Multiplier and 32/16 Divider, independent of CPU
