µPD75320x Microcontrollers

The µPD75320x microcontrollers are 4-bit, general-purpose devices with LCD controller/driver.

Architecture Support

• Built-in LCD controller/driver
    • Segment: 4/8/12 selectable
    • Display mode: static, 1/2 duty (1/2 bias), 1/3 duty (1/2 bias), 1/3 duty (1/3 bias), 1/4 duty (1/3 bias)
• Built-in rich timer function: 5 channels (can be used by 16-bit timer or carrier generator for remote controller)
• Low voltage operation (1.8 V - 5.5 V)
