µPD75303x Microcontrollers

The µPD75303x microcontrollers are 4-bit, general-purpose devices with LCD controller/driver.

Architecture Support

• Built-in LCD controller/driver
    • Segment: 12/16/20 selectable
    • Display mode: static, 1/2 duty (1/2 bias), 1/3 duty (1/2 bias), 1/3 duty (1/3 bias), 1/4 duty (1/3 bias)
• Built-in A/D converter with min. 1.8 V operation
• Low voltage operation (1.8 V - 5.5 V)
