Features

The µPD75010x microcontrollers are 4-bit, general-purpose devices with a built-in RC oscillator.


Architecture Support

  • Built-in RC oscillator for main system clock oscillation, enabling the immediate processing start up after the release of standby mode
  • Low voltage operation (1.8 V - 5.5 V)
  • Built-in stack bank selection function
