The µPD1793xA microcontrollers are 4-bit, 17K architecture devices targeted for Digital Tuning System (DTS) applications.


Architecture Support

  • Low voltage operation (1.8 V - 3.6 V)
  • Built-in PLL synthesizer and 220 MHz pre-scalar
  • Built-in LCD controller (9-segments x 4-commons)
