  • The self-check board can be used for the following purposes.
    • If the MINICUBE operates incorrectly, you can use the included diagnostic software and do a self-diagnostic to determine if it is malfunctioning.
    • It can be used as a simple in-circuit emulator for the devices below that lack the on-chip debug feature.

Notes

  1. For the V850E/ME2, 8 points after execution, 4 points access system are added.
  2. Cannot be used while the flash self-programming function is in emulation.
  3. During the break, this function stops the peripheral circuits such as the timer. This function may not be usable depending on the target device.
  4. Cannot be used on the V850E/ME2, V850E/SV2.

Notes

  1. Be cautious, during reset the P00 terminal outputs low level.
    If this is a problem, you can avoid it by using the QB-V850ESKX1-DA (sold separately).
  2. Be cautious, during reset the P00 terminal outputs low level.
    You cannot select a sub-clock in the timer H1 count clock. There is no guarantee of operation when the sub-clock is set in the count clock with the TMHMD1 register.
