    Has an onboard self-diagnostic function.

  • Enhanced time measurement functions
    The time measurement functions are functions for measuring the execution time when a program is executed. The following items have been enhanced from our previous high performance emulators.
    • Expanded output items: Accumulated time only → Adds average time, maximum time, minimum time and pass count.
    • Expanded channel numbers: 3 ch → 8 ch.
  • Enhanced real-time RAM monitor function
    Expands the range that can be monitored
    Enhances display function when there is a change in RAM.
    • When the microcontroller performs a read/write operation to RAM, displays in a color.
  • USB 2.0 interface
    Utilizes USB 2.0 as the interface with the PC (USB 1.1 can also be used).
  • Accessories
    Includes the debugger (ID850QB), simple programmer (PG-FPL), and documentation.
    The sockets below are included in packages with included sockets.
    • Exchange adapter, target connector (for S-type)
    • Exchange adapter, YQ connector, target connector (for T-type)
