DDR II SRAM



Overview

This is a DDR (Double Data Rate) type SRAM that enables data to be read or written twice every clock. This product realizes a much higher transfer rate than conventional synchronous SRAM products. Adoption of BGA package is contributing to the reduction of area which carries SRAM.
DDRII SRAM is ideal for continuous read/write applications such as those used in the look-up tables of network switches and routers.

Data I/O at 500MHz with an external input clock of 250MHz
Wide data valid window facilitating system design
Separate I/O type also available
Product lineup for both Commercial*1 and Industrial*2 operating ambient temperature range.
