Product Lineup
NEC Electronics offers five series of gate array products that give you a range of choices for gate capacity, performance and core supply voltage. Some of these series provide a choice of core voltages, and all of the series have flexible I/O voltages that help match the gate arrays to your other components. Each series has many different master slices (pre-fabricated arrays), so you get the gate capacity and performance combination that meet your application requirements.
