Overview
The µPD5200 is a versatile high-speed CMOS analog switch. 2 circuits of SPST are integrated into 1 chip. Since it is CMOS structure, a standby circuit current is small, and has wide analog input range. The µPD5200 is the optimum choice for a semiconductor switch for replacing a mechanical switch or a relay, since it has low ON resistance, high-speed, low leak current and latch-up proof architecture.
