There are two power supplies, one digital and one analog.
Can I use a 3 V digital for power supply and a 5 V for analog power supply?

Yes, you can use different voltages for the digital and the analog power supplies.
However, it is different from the recommended condition in the data sheet, so the DC/AC characteristics might be different.
Thus be sure to perform careful evaluation prior to use.
