IH stands for the induction heating method, which uses electromagnetic induction. The IH rice cooker allows delicate temperature control for home cooking on a par with the professionals. NEC Electronics supplies the temperature control microcomputers for these rice cookers, and we are also proud of possessing a microcomputer development environment in which the extensive expertise of the manufacturer can be applied to such a practical product.
