Is there an equivalent product for the uPD7105x Series (microcontroller peripheral)?

Products with functions equivalent to the uPD71051, 71054, and 71055 which are packaged within QFP are available.

QFP products equivalent to the uPD7105x Series have pin names that differ from those in the uPD7105x Series, but are their functions and positive/negative logic the same?

Yes, they are functional equivalents, so they are the same.
In equivalent products, a "B" is appended to the names of pins with negative logic (this is not the case for CLK pins, but the falling edge is the trigger).
In cases where NC pins in a uPD7105x device are used as bridges for external signals, etc., these pins are IC pins in equivalent products and are therefore shorted, which requires a pattern cut and signal line bypass connection when on the same board.

Is there a substitute for the uPD72001 (MPCS)?

No substitute is available in NEC Electronics.
