[ID850] Setting Debug Environment

ID850_Setting -0965	Error message "A01a6. Executor is running." is displayed when the ID850 is started up.

A1	If the ID850 was activated and terminated abnormally before, the process may remain in the computer. The above error may be output if the ID850 is started again in this status. If this happens, restart the PC.
