What device is supported by PM+ and what types of packages are available?

PM+ itself does not depend on the device.
At present, PM+ is used by both 78K and V850 Microcontrollers.

There is no package of single PM+.
The package supplied with PM+ differs as follows depending on the device.

78K Microcontrollers	:	Assembler package
		Software package
V850 Microcontrollers	:	C compiler package
		Software package
