What is the recommended operating environment for Applilet?

Windows 2000 and Windows XP are recommended for the operation system.
In the Windows 98 or Windows Me environment, 256 MB or more memory is required.

What types of devices are supported?

For 78K microcontrollers, the Applilet currently supports the following devices (as of June 2006).

• 78K0/Kx2
• 78K0S/KA1+

How should Applilet be set up?

Execute setup.exe, and follow the instructions of the installer.

To use Applilet actually, start up the Applilet from the Start menu or double-click the shortcut icon on the desktop.
Select [New...] from the [File] menu on the displayed screen, and then specify the following items.

• Project name
• Nickname of target device (ex. 78K0KB2)
• Product name of target device (ex. uPD78F0500_30)
