µPD77111 Family
16 bits, Fixed-point Digital Signal Processor
Overview
The µPD77110 is 16-bit fixed-point digital signal processor (DSP).
Compared with the µPD77016 family, this DSP has improved power consumption and is ideal for battery-powered mobile terminals such as PDAs and cellular phones.
Both mask ROM and RAM models are available.
