Small Package Lineup for Mobile Dvices
Description
For mobile devices such as laptop PCs and mobile phones, the miniaturization of sets is being promoted while demands for the miniaturization of semiconductor products to be mounted to such devices are growing.
NEC Electronics is responding to these demands by expanding its miniaturized MOSFET package products, which are to be used for power supply circuits and electrical switches of such mobile devices.
