How to Use a Product List


Small Signal Transistor Arrays (Multi-chip)
These incorporate two transistors in a small package and are optimal for low-frequency amplification.

Small Signal Transistor Arrays (Monolithic)
These are optimal for driving the inductive load such as relays and driving LEDs and lamps, because they incorporate a base current limiting resistor, level-shift diode, and surge pulse absorption diode.

J-FET+Bipolar Transistors
This is a composite type that incorporates a J-FET and NPN transistor, and is optimal for AM amplification, high-frequency amplification, and low-frequency amplification.
