How to Use a Product List


Product Information Search

Select "Product Lineup" from the menu on the left side of the page. Select the category of the subject product from among "Transistors", "Diodes", and "Thyristors", and read through the following pages, until the product list is reached.

A product list is provided with three functions, namely "A. Sort function", "B. Refine function", and "C. Product information display button". This section explains how to use these functions.

A. Soft function

The sort function is located at the top of the product list. The order in which the product information is arranged can be changed by clicking the triangle icons at the top of each column.

When a triangle icon is displayed as , the product information is arranged in ascending order, based on that column. When a triangle icon is displayed as , the product information is arranged in descending order.

B. Refine function

The refine function is located under the sort function. Based on the product specifications, conditions can be set to display products that fall under those conditions.

The field where a part number (product part number) is to be entered is located at the left edge of the refine function. Enter a product part number (or a part of it) and click the button to display products corresponding to that product part number.

C. Product information display

Three icons are located at the left end of each row on the product list. Detailed product information is displayed by clicking the icons.


1. Technical Details

A new window (pop-up window) which lists the following technical information is opened by clicking the magnifying glass icon.

  1. Product Order Details
  2. Further Material
  3. Package and Soldering Information
  4. Device Details
  5. Automotive Qualified
  6. Recommended Applications

2. Product Status

A new window (pop-up window) which lists the following information is opened by clicking the traffic light icon.

  1. Product Status
  2. Regional Promotion Status

3. Documentation

A new window which lists the documents related to the subject product is opened by clicking the file icon.

The list of documents presents documents in Japanese and English.
If no Japanese language documents are found, only English language documents are shown.
