License Agreement



NEC Electronics Corporation (hereafter referred to as "NEC")

licenses customers who agree with and abide by the conditions

specified below to use this program product (hereafter referred

to as "this program").



NEC assumes that you agree with the following conditions when you 

use this program.  Be sure to read the following conditions 

thoroughly.



- Article 1 (Right of use)

NEC grants customers who purchased the program supplied with this 

Agreement the right to use this program under the conditions 

specified by this Agreement.



- Article 2 (Purpose)

The customer shall use this program only on one computer to perform 

development using NEC's on-screen character display LSI.



Article 3 (Prohibited actions)

1. The customer may not install this program in two or more 

computers at the same time, and may not use this program on two or 

more computers at the same time.



2. The customer may not use this program for any other purposes 

than those specified by this Agreement.



3. The customer may not duplicate this program for any purpose 

other than storing it.  The number of copies that may be made is 

limited to five.



4. The customer may not reverse-engineer, reverse-compile, or 

disassemble this program.



5. The customer may not rent, sell, or give this program to a 

third party.



6. The customer may not delete or change the copyright indication 

recorded in this program.



7. The customer may not export this program from Japan.



Article 4 (Remodeling, etc.)

The customer must notify and obtain permission from NEC when it 

is necessary to remodel, modify, correct, or combine this program.



Article 5 (Maintenance service)

NEC does not guarantee or supply maintenance service for this 

program.



Article 6 (Compensation for damages)

NEC shall assume no liability for damages resulting from the use 

of or inability to use this program.



Article 7 (Confidentiality)

The customer must handle this program confidentially and may not 

reveal its contents to a third party without  written consent 

from NEC.



Article 8 (Cancellation)

NEC shall cancel this Agreement without any warning if the 

customer violates any condition of this Agreement.



Article 9 (Termination of Agreement)

If this Agreement is terminated by cancellation as defined in 

the above article or for other reasons, the customer must 

immediately must erase this program and its copies.
