In order for employees to make maximum use of their talents and abilities, physical and mental health is of primary importance. In our capacity as public health nurses, we work with the occupational safety and health staff to provide individual health consultations, stress self-checks, and mental health seminars, and transmit information on health to raise employees' health awareness and also for prevention and early detection of physical and mental health problems. We also provide support for employees on leave for health reasons and after they return to work. In these ways we are doing our part to create healthy, vital workplaces.
