I think the most fundamental activity we can carry out to improve customer satisfaction is for all employees, in their respective capacities, to discover what the customer expects and then act based on those expectations. Primarily, we promote development of ideas and make improvements on a company-wide basis that reflect the opinions and wishes of customers that we learn from CS surveys and other means, and also conduct consciousness-raising activities for all employees to improve CS awareness.
We believe that these ongoing activities enable provision of products and services of high quality that help to improve value for the customer.

I conduct customers on Audit tours of our Factories and answer their questions and concerns on the spot. After each Audit, the customer's requests at the Factory are breakdown into our standards and distributed companywide. Repeated internal line Audit and cross Benchmark between Factories also lead to further improvements.
