CB-12, CB-130, and CB-90 supporting high-speed operations

The CB-12, CB-130, and CB-90 are cell-based ICs supporting high-speed operations.
These series include three types based on target characteristics, so that customers can select the optimum designs for their planned systems.
Products with optimum technology can be selected according to the desired type, power supply voltage, and operating frequency.


CB-12, CB-130, CB-90

CB-9, CB-10, and CB-12 for stable operation

The CB-9, CB-10, and CB-12 cell-based ICs are based on well-established process technology and are designed for systems that take advantage of their respective features.


CB-9

  • This LSI features 5 V and 3.3 V full swing interfaces. (Internal operation is at 3.3 V.)

CB-10

  • This is a 3.3 V/2.5 V interface level LSI. Even lower development costs can be realized by using the CBLite-10VX or VXLIO.

CB-12

  • This LSI achieves a maximum operation speed of 266 MHz. Even lower development costs can be realized by using the CBLite-12.
