Power supply units and HDMI™-CEC for digital TVs


Many of today's digital AV devices use simultaneous remote controller operations in addition to linked operations executed via a built-in AV link function.

Our 16-bit 78K0R/Kx3-C microcontroller uses hardware to perform HDMI-CEC communication for the AV link function and can operate on the subsystem clock when waiting to receive or when receiving HDMI-CEC receive signals, thus significantly reducing power consumption.
