Product Introduction AP131


AP131 is a specific application processor for long audio playback with cellular phone.
With NEC Electronics's cutting-edge low power technology, AP131 is able to achieve 60 hours of continuous music playback.*1
This performance is claim as the highest industry-leading revel. AP131 incorporates the both low-power-consuming CPU and DSP for music playback processing within the LSI.
In combination with a digital baseband LSI or an application processor, it enables various formats(WMA/AAC/MP3/SD-Audio(MP3/AAC)) music playback on the cellular phone using AP131.
