What is Mixed signal ASIC?

Mixed signal ASIC is Digital-Analog mixed, semi-custom LSI that integrates CMOS gate array and Analog master's function into one chip.
The logic part loads the primitive cells of CMOS gate array, and the analog part loads CMOS transistors (for analog) and bipolar transistors, and thereby achieving a variegated, efficient analog circuit.

Features

  1. Lower price than BiCMOS
  2. Comparison with full-custom IC
    • Logic part: G/A structure
    • Analog part: Full custom-made structure
  3. Equipped with high speed, low-power consumption NPNT transistor.

High speed and a low power consumption type NPNT transistor loading

  • Equipped with high gm/CMOS transistor for analog circuits.
