Note(*)

  1. Comparing to the rate (hFE) of DC amplification, there is a 30% decrease in collector current during the peak.
  2. To ensure operational reliability, this is the maximum collector current value restricted by the maximum current density.

Attention

  • Please design the circuit with utilization percentage less than 70% for each element.
    However, depending on the difficulty of layout, there is a possibility that wiring cannot be done under this constraint. Also, please reduce the percentage to 60% for µPC5023.

Remark

  1. In addition, two diodes for static electricity protection are connected near each bonding pad.
  2. CHT1, CTW4, CEW4, CLP1, and CVP1 are names of an individual transistor.
