Note(*)
- Comparing to the rate (hFE) of DC amplification, there is a 30% decrease in collector current during the peak.
- To ensure operational reliability, this is the maximum collector current value restricted by the maximum current density.
Attention
- Please design the circuit with utilization percentage less than 70% for each element.
However, depending on the difficulty of layout, there is a possibility that wiring cannot be done under this constraint. Also, please reduce the percentage to 60% for µPC5023.
Remark
- In addition, two diodes for static electricity protection are connected near each bonding pad.
- CHT1, CTW4, CEW4, CLP1, and CVP1 are names of an individual transistor.
